Congratulations! You have completed the course “Continuous Improvement with Lean.”
In this course, we talked about applying principles of continuous improvement with Lean as a way to reduce waste and increase results within an organization.
First, we defined continuous improvement with Lean, focusing on its concepts and the potential benefits that it brings to an organization.
Next, we learned about the continuous improvement cycle, which consists of four stages of Lean methodology: identify, plan, execute, and review. Then, we moved on to break down the four stages and learn about them individually.
The last part of the course was a case study where we applied what we’ve learned to a realistic example of a company that could really benefit from the concepts of continuous improvement.
You should now feel ready to apply the principles of continuous improvement, using Lean methodology as a basis.
