dailyChris has over 30 years experience in software development in start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in executive level positions.  The last several years of his career have been focused on coaching organizations and teams through agile transformations in a variety of industries. His passion for helping businesses solve tough problems paired with his experience in leading by serving led to him founding beLithe.  Chris has a BS in Computer Science from Ball State University, an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and a Management 3.0 Certified Trainer and Facilitator.  Chris is also a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) candidate.

TANA LINBACK

TanaTana’s background leading and developing human resource and operational functions while developing company-wide people strategies provided a strong foundation in workplace cultural development before shifting her focus to software and product development.  Tana has experience leading successful cultural transformations in agile environments and implementing agile practices, including Scrum, in software development and non-software development business functions.  Tana has a BA in Corporate Communications from Purdue University and is a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Management 3.0 Certified Trainer and Facilitator.
